Stuff I learnt from Surfing #10

"There is no such thing as the perfect wave for everyone"

That's right, know that not every wave has your name on it.

A good wave to you can be determined by many factors including your current position in the water, where you will be on the wave when it hits you, your board, your skill level, etc.

Therefore, unless you are practicing as a beginner, there is no necessity to ride every single wave.

Sit and observe. Once you see your wave, by all means go.
